MCT oil is a supplement often added to smoothies, coffee and salad dressings. As the name suggests, medium-chain triglyceride (MCT) oil contains medium-length chains of fats called triglycerides. MCT oil is most commonly extracted from coconut oil, as more than 50% of the fat in coconut oil comes from MCTs.

Our tincture has a “suggested serving size” and the total milligrams of CBD listed on the package. From there, you can determine the amount of CBD you would need to ingest. Simply place the correct quantity of drops under your tongue using the dropper and hold the CBD oil in place for a minimum of 60 seconds. The 60 second hold allows for absorption via the blood vessels underneath your tongue – efficiently bypassing first-pass metabolism. Once 60 seconds has passed, swallow the CBD oil.
If your initial dose does not give you relief after a trial period of up to 3 days, try increasing the dose by a few milligrams.
Once you have relief, that will be your regular dose.
One dose daily should suffice. Some use two a day and others several micro doses during the day. Adjust accordingly.
